SHIPPING and Return POLICY


1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Personal care items (e.g., oils, creams)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

     

2. Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Return
Contact our support team at chinmay.chougule@thesparshh.com or call us at +91 8625005374 within 7 days of receiving the product. Please mention:

  • Order ID

  • Product Name

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the item (in case of damage/defect)
     

Step 2: Return Approval
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send any items without prior approval.

Refund timeline : 8-10 working days
